I have always been focused on going to apprenticeship route to try and start my career over the university route. I feel like this is the best way for me to learn and also earn money as I do so.
Now that I have worked at Totally Wicked as a graphic designer for 2 years I am happy with where I am at in the field. I plan on working at Totally Wicked for many more years and gaining more experience and improving my craft. Graphic design is an experience based field and there is always so much to learn. My main aim is to one day be self employed as a graphic designer and hopefully have my own company and clients. But to reach this point I must put in the work at different companies and gain experience. I am keen to one day move to a larger market such as Manchester or London and have always had an interest in being a designer for companies such as Sky Sports and BT Sports.
However, I am at a good age to learn new skills and explore the different careers available to me. I am happy where I am at right now but there is no telling what the future holds.
